so, first of all. i went on hiatus for a bit because of my work, but now i'm back ( kinda )! i hope i'm not forgetting anything!i had to get this out real quick, and hopefully have time to submit the other character i had in mind. her bio may change a bit to reflect the additional character when i have time to submit him. and danganronpa v3 comes out tomorrow, so...
the bio will reflect the newest information only, otherwise this will be incredibly long.

- super speed | vampire ability. cecelia is able to cross large distances quickly, which is something she uses constantly and has become a crutch.
- super strength | vampire ability. able to lift ten times her weight. this isn't something she commonly uses, as it makes her feel infeminine. she tends to only use it in dangerous / provoked situations.

- blood / plasma | she craves it. she doesn't have a specific preference on type, she more prefers to look at how healthy her food is, and sometimes what they eat or their race ( supernatural tastes better ). she doesn't care for animal blood, but will drink it if dire. she may go crazy if she sees blood and will attack if she's hungry. even seeing something similar to blood can enrage her to feed, her senses are narrow so she may not notice. supernatural blood, like a witch's, taste exceptionally good to her, but an actual animal supernatural, like a werewolf, is something she'll feed on occassion. ( she is still attempting to work on improving her feral nature around blood ).
- books | romance! she reads whenever she's stuck waiting, or when she's avoiding people at parties. for more embarrassing books, she'll hide them in a cover sleeve so the titles can not be read. she doesn't want people to know she likes to read romantic books.
- cute stuff | from stickers to stuffed animals. almost all of her belongings have some sort of cute decor with them. it's also an easy way to win her affections. she may even stare with want if you have something cute that she doesn't have.
- sports | she's n o t good at them, but likes the teamwork aspect. it also helps her competitive side, which may annoy others as she can get extremely angered when losing. she may also cheat ( sometimes on accident ) using her vampiric abilities, and may get defensive when she's called out.
- games | from computer games to board games. her favorites include: hide - and - seek, tag, and any computer games. she likes to host slumber / gaming parties with friends. she'll also cheat, so watch out!

- being rejected | if you're not open to her opinions, watch out cause she can get stubborn. she's aware of this and is trying to work on it!
- flaws | she doesn't have them, so don't tell her otherwise. and she doesn't like when people push their expectations onto her.
- super speed | when it messes up her clothing / hair.
- blood | or more specific, when she releases her feral side. thankfully, she hasn't killed anyone yet.
- killing | she hates it, and has a tough time knowing when others had.
- none bleeding beings | she gets grossed out. she'll also get annoyed when she drinks from people who doesn't have blood.
- sun | and people who constantly try to get her to go outside. it won't kill her, but it will drain her.
- mirrors | and the fact that she doesn't have a reflection. she might ask others to help her do her hair / make - up.

- blood | not feeding enough weakens her. a few days without feeding can reduce her to human - level strengths, and inevitably kill her. not feeding for a while can also cause her to become feral when near blood.
- she drinks more blood than a typical vampire | her body uses resources more quickly, even while doing nothing. combined with the fact that she does abuse her abilities. because of this, she tends to drink from multiple hosts.
- height | she's short, and needs help when reaching high stuff. don't tease her, she'll get mad.
- senses being messed with | loud noises, bright lights, and sharp scents can effect her negatively. to the point where she listens to music on a lower volume setting.
- sun | if it's harsh enough, she can become dust. so don't ask her to go outside.

- dimitri is hunted by an opposing family, who's ideals clash with dimitri's.
- cece was withdrawn from school for her protection.
- found out her family was being hunted by the Vervita Clan.

It was halfway through Cecelia's second year that she was withdrawn from Otherworlde Academy. Word spread of dealings between her father and a rival vampire clan, the Vervita Clan. The Bennett clan that her father reigned over opposed the idea of the unification and sought to remove Dimitri from being lord. The rival clan were ruthless in their behaviors and views of life, causing many to fear them, if they weren't already dead. Cecelia returned home to find out the truth, as she received no response when asked and requested her education to be put on hold while she dealt with her father.
Returning home, she learned that the rival clan had interest in her. In her views and motivation, as well as her eagerness to strengthen herself by ways outside of her father's intent as she attended Otherworlde Academy. They proposed a merger of the clans by means of Cecelia marrying their eldest son. There was no way Cecelia would agree to such an outrageous attempt, even more so as she knew of the Verivita's Clan's angle and wanted herself as far away from that as possible. She rejected them, and this did not go lightly.
A hit was placed on the Bennett family, Cecelia in particular who upset the clan's lord by rejecting his eldest son. Afraid for their daughter's safety, she was withdrawn from Otherworlde Academy and the family went into hiding, fearing both the rival clan as well as their own clan. Living a life on the run, and having to deal with the monotomy, fear, and lack of gratification nearly drove Cecelia insane. Unable to cope without a tether to those she missed at the Academy, something to work towards, or even just living life, became hard for the vampire who decided enough was enough.
After a moment where she broke and killed an innocent being at a local library when they received a papercut. The one thing she strived to improve crumbled right before her, and she was the reason for it. She needed to change, and have some normalcy. Begging her parents to let her return to Otherworlde Academy failed, as they didn't want their daughter to be in danger more than she already was. She took it upon herself and fled without word. They already knew where she was headed, and agreed to let her go as long as she had a bodyguard at her side. A young demon who's purpose was to protect those who hired him. Cecelia knew she couldn't deny her loving parents anymore than she already had, and accepted.
She's now returned to Otherworlde Academy with a bodyguard in hand in hopes that she can finish her education and be strong enough to fight the waring Clan.

- immediately after drinking blood, cece is able to lift heavier objects, hit harder, and run faster. but it also drains her quickly.
- speaks more with her body rather than words. she can be chatty with her friends, or people she hates.
- mood swings | depending on the amount of blood she consumes, or who it's from. a full stomach can make her happy, while an empty one can make her moody / depressed, or upset.
- sensitive around blood, that it can make her go feral.
- lacks understanding of personal space, as she's a touchy person.
- her actions can imply what's going on. ie, if she's hungry she may stare at a person's neck, if she's forgiving someone she may hug them, if she feels lonely she may cling to someone, etc.
- different blood has different effects on her. she can drink abnormal blood, like those from an alien with green 'blood'.
- volume is low when listening to music.
- can't wear perfume / things with harsh scents. she does use scented soap, but it can't be strong.
- likes to wear more revealing clothing, unless she has to go outside.
- likes to speak proper, but will jump to valley / gossip girl. she likes to be 'in the now', and will speak like it. habit and serious situations will revert her back to proper english.
- she's very supportive of her friends. and can be jealous when they're all pairing off and she's alone.
- has a book that's filled with various supernatural creatures ( and notes on them ) that she's run across. but she keeps it a secret that even her friend's don't see what's inside.

Cecelia releases the hold on her scarf. She was filled with nervousness at the awkward situation happening before her. They seemed to misinterpret her words, and thought that she was flirting with them. Her cheeks were red, and they seem to burn. Oh, how could this happen? Her voice was an octave higher as she spoke, trying to correct the situation, "What?! I wasn't trying to lead you on!" She didn't know if this would work, but she had to try something to clear the air.
