Hehe I bought 5 colors of markers mostly for optics, but i decided to do first aid and my red was a good enough color so yeah... First aid~~!!!Btw crappy sketch was originally based off of my first aid toy so its a bit odd..

Also, how do you get the white lines on his armor? I want to do the same with my drawings, but not sure if it'll work with color pencils though. =/

It won't work quite the same, but it will give a lighter (ish ) area (I tried before) ... I bought a white gel pen for the lines, but you could use a white out pen I guess but the lines wouldn't be thin it as nice. Β You could also try paint and a thin brush lots of people do that to (I think) haha.Β

I know what you mean! Β I can be the same, but more recently, I've been commenting more on other people's art. Still really shy and scared to say something, but sometimes their art is too good for me not to say something.

Yea, but the hardest to use are pastels, they smug too much for me. Β Β

Hmm, not sure. I have acrylicΒ paints (that I haven't even used yet) and I think that my sister might have some oil ones. =/Β

Personally I agree about the pastels, their very smudgy. And paint wise, I would suggest not using oil paint because it takes a long time to dry (From weeks to months) And you wouldn't want to smudge it.... unless that's the look your going for? Whats your favorite thing to draw?

hehe, yeah, they are, but they're Β best when it comes to shading. I did use it once on a Jazz drawing that I did, but that's about it. =/

I love to draw anything with Transformers, Β and using a pencil to shade, since it's the easiest to use. How about you?Β

Haha I love pencil shading, I always forget about it ..... But I love drawing fantasy and Transformers (my #1 as of now) I tend to draw / shading in digital, since i saved up and bought a cintiq, but I like watercolor and pencils (where I started of course

I wish that I could fantasy. The only way I can draw it right is if I use the step-by-step books that show how to draw that well. =/Β
I need to do that and save my money in order for me to do anything of my drawing in digital. I used to like using watercolor, but at times I would add either too much water or color and then it'll get too messy.

I like ballpoint pens, I feel like I am okay at them. And by fantasy I mean elves and such, becuase I can not for the life of me draw dragons or animals....
Watercolor can look really good messy too...
And digital is a great medium, you could try something like the intous (origionally bamboo) Tablet, I stared with one of those and I still use it~! Β Or at lest something cheaper like that~!
Markers are awesome but really expensive.... I bought grays first and I only have five colors... One of red, blue, yellow, green, and a purple... because their too expensive to buy all at once... At lest where I am ^_^Β

Same here and gel pens too. I really want to try to draw those, like fairies. I can't draw anmails either, they always come out too childish.

At times, I'm the same too. For example, I've been trying to redrew one of my femme's upgrade design for weeks now. I have a draft done, but I haven't gone back and start up again. Xl I seriously need to get it done, before I start my fall classes again.Β

Well... I would love to go and take some art courses.. (3d modeling for games and movies... I also want to take some life drawing classes)
I already have my Emergency Medical Responder Licence. So I am a low level paramedic (waiting for licence to practice to arrive though...)Β
I would also like to take something for helping me with making my comics, if there was ever a course for that...
Science too... I wanted to be a biotechnition or a microbiologist when I was younger..
