Honestly.. I have no clue. This might make me sound stupid for making it but I haven't been watching Adventure Time lately but the actual creators made her so I tried making her out of clay.

I think she's just a really minor character but people love her design. I personally don't recall seeing her in the show, but others have. Just had to ask out of curiousity.

Turns out she was in an episode but looked different. In her cameo appearance in "What is Life?" she has brown hair, no body paint, and a green dress instead of purple hair and a brown dress.
