No, your not seeing things. This is in fact, a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic/Regular Show crossover.Rigby ♥ Derpy
I got the idea for this when I saw two motivational posters together. One with Rigby, and one with Derpy.
Done in SAI.

What I coincidence!I drew this two sided paper of cross overs of My Little Pony,Regular show,and a little Pokemon.In there I drew Derpy kidnapped Rigby because she love him,but Rigby wells for help.I made Arceus and Twilight a couple(lol),Fluttershy and Lugia(again lol),and made Benson hide because Princess Celestria was chewing gum.

Yep, she is a real character. She is usually just a background pony though. I think her real name might actually be Ditsy Do, but most people just call her Derpy.
