My artwork for Celebi, its Eternal Forme. (Yes, it's just a fakemon.) I came up with the concept during one of my breaks at work today, so... I figured I'd finish it up. xD So excuse its ugliness.Honestly, I don't think Celebi will ever be getting another Forme, but of course GameFreak can do whatever they want, right? ;0
Anyway... This was just done for fun, so I'm not really holding it up to high standards, so I'm pleased with the end result, despite it being such a grotesque design. xD

Hello again Xous54. I have had following your artwork since a some time. I resumed my first proyect called "Pokemon Dark Cloud" and I am now with the development of it. The story of my game is about Celebi. I saw this two years ago and.. I wanted to use it for do some sprites. Could I use it? I'll give you credits of coorse. I don't mind if you don't want to lend it to me, but I like so much the design. I think this Celebi's form reflict all the true power of him.
