My artwork for Shikainu, a Fakemon I thought up recently. Here's some information on it:Guardian PokΓ©mon
(Name comes from "Shisa" + "Komainu", a Japanese guardian of Shinto shrines)
GHOST / ROCK
This legendary PokΓ©mon is said to ward off evil spirits and protect good ones. It has a dignified nature and never backs down.
Ability: Brutal Rage
Raises Attack 1.5x when HP is below 1/3.
Base Stats:
HP / Atk / Def / SpA / SpD / Speed
130 / 140 / 110 / 100 / 90 / 100
(Total: 670; ties with Kyogre, Groudon)

I've got a few more new ideas for Fakemon, so I might be drawing those if I get the chance. I'll hopefully be drawing at least one more, a Manticore Legendary.

If Nintendo creates MORE pokemon (and probably will), they should allow fans to suggest ideas. If they ever do this, you should suggest Shikainu.

i'm not much fan of 5th gen pokemons but this would been cool if it would been real o.o better than most 5th gen pokemons...Just my opinion dont take it wrong )8

It's kind of weird, because ιΉΏη¬ "Shikainu" translates to "deer-dog"

I always struggle with making my bigger Fakemon too detailed. As I work with the sketch, I'm constantly trying to simplify things. But even with all of the simplifications, I can't seem to get it to that "PokΓ©mon-y" feel. While I was working on this, I thought of how complex things like Zekrom and Kyurem appear. But even with all of their details, they're still simple in a way. So I tried to capture that with this, but I'm still not at that level yet. xD

I really like, but without trying to offend or annoy, is a little "over-charged."
I would change the face, but obviously he is not mine, it's just an opinion.
I love the detail on the neck, this necklace looks great, his body seems very strong, their legs look awesome and the ribbons on her back and neck look amazing too.
Sorry for the bad English, but I really think you did an excellent job and I'd be an idiot if I did not take my time to appreciate this fakemon

Oh my... I totally loved it! Great and awesome fakemon. I love the fact that it is half Ghost type. I love its Dex's entry. I love its signature move. Gawd, like I said, I loved it. Just awesome.
