Note: The star means this critter is new in the Paper Mario universe.

TATTLE LOG ACTIVATED:

Name: Engineer Koopa, the Airship's main repairman, alongside Rocky Wrenches.
Stats: Max HP is 24, Attack is 15 and Defense is 2.
Moves & Abilities: Shell Toss (15), Flipped (DEF = 0), Get Up (Stops being flipped), Wrench Toss (7, 2 times),
Sentry Up (calls a Bill Blaster into battle), Mecha-Koopa Assemble (calls a Bill Blaster into battle),
Repairs (heals 9 HP on ally, only on mechanical enemies and Blasters).
Description: These Koopas are the most intelligent member of the Koopa Troop. They build cannons and robots.
They also maintain the Troop's Airships and love to add gears to their creations.
