Flapjack + renwing my love of Superjail! + old episodes of Spongebob x replaying Jak 2 + getting bored at school ^(pencil and paper) = me doodling stupid crap like this then taking it home so I can scan it and very sloppily splatter color over it and submit it to dA.Hope you took notes on that equation, there might be a quiz.

now i think of it, it took me years to get out of the habit of drawing little spurs on the ends of elf ears like jak has.
i just looked at your gallery, saw the keira picture, it made me mad about how she had only like 2 lines in jak 3 all over again
she deserved a cool storyline!

it's just weird because you'd have thought theyd have wanted to put a love interest in.
also i figured they'd do some more after the initial trilogy based on jak as mar, back in time! that'd have been so awesome.

Yeah. It's pretty weird how Keira was Jak's love interest first two games, then suddenly in the 3rd game it's him and Ashelin. Where'd that come from? Even though Keira and Jak got together again in Jak X, but, you know, damage had already been done.

jak x was so weird, it seemed to just kind of ignore the whole trajectory of the trilogy, i mean it ended with all of this 'you have a destiny' stuff, but then he just hangs around lol.
and now this new psp game! it's like, he's gonna be too old soon lol

and wasn't dark eco what turned daxter into an ottsel in the first place, how can he even have a dark form?
it's a shame jak x came out in between burnout 3 and 4, the two best 'fast cars and epic explosions' games ever, any other time and people would have been all over it

Exactly! Jak had a dark form because he could naturally channel eco, so the dark eco didn't kill him. What's Daxter's story? That game was weird though, so I guess we can ignore it
That is a shame. It would also help if more people knew about this game series. It's weird how few people know about the Jak series even though it's a PS2 classic.

what's really weird is how ratchet and clank is still so successful, perhaps more so than it used to be, when jak 2 and 3 blew it out of the water completely

It's probably because Ratchet and Clank is better advertised...and that R&C games are still being made. The Jak series stuck to the PS2 (and PSP). HOPEFULLY Naughty Dog will pick up the Jak series again and make games for the PS3 *crosses fingers*
