The person needs a memership, and needs to be with deviantart for a certain amount of time. Also they need certain amounts of art sub-missioned. Then they choose what they want as DD (Daily Deviant), but also gos through the progress of the admins approving or denying said art requested to be DD. <-That's long story short.

Yup, we live in one sort of organized website, but they need to remove these walmare viruses that they've been having for sometime now.
