Why yes, he is wearing a parka, made from the finest hides of a Royal Ludroth! His story starts with him travelling to Loc Lac in search of a smith that can repair his Switch Axe, which broke during a fight with Gobul.
EDIT: This is still kind of a WIP, but I want to solidify the basic structure down. Oh and that is not his hair, its a ludroth cap. Look it up =w=

They are the tourism guides of Loc Lac. An indigenous race called Felynes which I DIDN'T make up. Its actually part of Monster Hunter Canon.
