cool! awesome smile and cute hair but the way the jacket goes, it wouldn't hug her chest that much if it isn't skin tight. since the jacket's open, then the cloth is loose, and the jacket would be more relaxed. her left thigh looks a tad short, and the line on her shirt makes it look like her chest is caving inwards, like there's this giant cavity there. her upper left arm is a tad long, if you move the elbow closer to her, then it should be fine. oh, and her ear is a tad too high.
on the other hand, the hands came out pretty well, and the way you drew the left arm is looking pretty good her expression came out well too, and you twisted the body the right way so it's not uber awkward. her hair came out well, too. she looks really relaxed, and overall this is looking pretty good great job!
