First off, Nintendo hasn't yet announced if this was a true magic transformation in-game (in manga, it's a Mulan disguise with magic mind-altering to completely submerge Zelda's consciousness until she's needed), and hence if Sheik is physically male or female.
Second, the 3DS model of Sheik has a more feminine torso. Being a Mulan with bound breasts in this iteration makes more sense.
Third, This is a flexibility exercise. If her chest was so tightly bound that her breasts weren't obvious, then her flexibility in that area would be severely dampened. There would be no way Sheik can pull off that level of flexibility, with her shoulders AND lower spine near parallel to the ground.

Even if she was stretching though that doesn't excuse the very obvious lipstick/lips, feminine eyes, and her boobs still wouldn't be that pronounced. She'd probably have them at least still be flatter and move of a 'one' solid boob then two because i'm assuming the shirt isn't skin tight enough to give both her boobs basicially pockets.
Also, this is just clearly a smutty picture so don't give me a 'logical' reason. "Oh they're being flexible that's why" No they want to show off her vagina and thighs and tits so people get horny when they look at the picture.
Plus Shiek doesn't need to do that type of flexibility. It's just porn. Don't give me logic. XD Either way, her boobs would be more bound. I think I Know more about binding your breasts. You're legs aren't effected by if your chest is bound or not, sorry to say. Besides, her torso would be facing complete 90 degree angle anyway if she's doing that type of stretch because the way she's bending she's literally not doing anything but being a badly drawn anatomy girl. Her spine would be breaking, breasts bound or not.Β They probably couldn't draw heads sideways so made it look like Zelda was like 'looking up' at Impa, which is just impossible anyway.
So, sorry but I ain't buying it.
I didn't know stretching your legs while having your tits bound was impossible, and that even without them bound she can just make her spine do a sick _|Β
