I can see it. But its HUGE and i have to use a mini scrollbar to see different parts.

You can use the vector controls provided to scale it up or down. They are on all dA vector images, on the top right corner

I can see the vector file(Chrome user), but it's appearing in a pdf file here. So, it's kind of awkward.
