Yet another base.
Rules apply, and here they are:

Frames that you can easily move down with the select tool.
Step signs up to twenty. I'm not sure you'll need all that, but they're double-coloured. The font is called Cardinal (NOT Cardinal Alternate) on DaFont.com It's 621x522in pixels, made on Paint, 89 KB. But I don't expect you to make a tutorial out of that small a space. Simply use CTRL+E on Paint and on the Length type in 1000. That'll be roughly your starting size. Lengthen it as you need it.RULES If you use it please link back. Thanks. Sure, but only if you're going to USE it, as in, make an actual tutorial with it. If it's for making a base, I'll do that.
