Sadly I coudn't include the sketches cuz alot of them where deleted

They are all draw and animate in Photoshop CS3

you have to go to "window"(at the top) then go to "animation" at there you have it ~

I save them this way: go to "File"(at the top) and then "Save for web & devices", there you can select GIF
If you don't save with "save for web & devices" it doesn't animate if you upload it or something like that O:
