This song describe my dilema getting over Josh, and when my feelings for Chip began to grow. And how I was so in conflict with myself wether to tell her that I did have feelings or not. I was scared to hurt her, like I have others before because of my past infatuations with Josh. And I decided, that I was gonna take the chance, and I did. Although I do still hurt over Josh, like the song says, I'll hold myself with pride and accept the pain. I've got so much left to see in this world, and I won't let my healing scars hold me back :3
