Well, the drawing is good (just curious: Was it a trace or copy?), but I have to admit that the idea is a little silly. Aside from the fact that #16 isn't a Saiyan, all you really had to do was alter the color of his hair a bit, though I see how his pointy hair tempts the comparison.
Actually, if you're able to, I think you should make the hair a brighter yellow (it's still pretty close to his normal orange) and color his eyes teal to match a Super Saiyan's.
