then why do i feel like i fucked up? its way too small size Paul, the 3/4 of A4, arent you surprised i didnt work on the skin texture at all?
i didnt have the space for that
I did work the details on the hair and the grass though...
as for the colors i believe you can make the comparison by yourself^^ as if i was going to leave them unchanged.

well i think 4A is really to small for a portrait but you have to do what you have to do personally i think 18x24 is the perfect size for a face only study. i work big but then again i do some fairly complicated works i need the real estate to get the details in. have you thought of doing say a 30 x 40 in this size work takes on an epic feeling paintings demand attention from people walking in to the room. your too hard on your self just let go of all that negativity and paint don't you think that i go threw struggles? i do but i know that only i am going to see most of the stuff that is bothering me every one else sees the hard work we do. nether one of us is so lame that we do bad work and at this level its only a mater of opinion as to whether a work is successful or not. people like it or they don't and the ones that don't can just move on at some point you have to learn to be comfortable in your own skin as they say/ this is the kind of work you do people like it for the most part you have to paint for your self fist and foremost let all that other stuff go. will they like me? no they don't have to like us and that's fine too art is about a personal quest no more negativity i only want to hear about the joy you felt talk about what the work means to you. you never do that i want to know what is it that makes you do this kind of work. painting for me is such an emotional thing do you know some times i cry when i paint i get so over come with the energy of my work or the story's that it holds for me my reasons for painting what i do always have a trigger in my memory of the past. the watches are about when i was in jr. high school not sure what you call that its grades 7,8 and 9 were i come from ok now i want to see something really big and impressive msg me if you get overwhelmed with the size all take you down LOL

ασε Τζουλια ηταν μικρο το χαρτι μου, και ειναι και το εργο μικρο, δεν ειχε και πολυ χωρο για λεπτομερειες, δεν εκανα τιποτα σχεδον στο προσωπο της εκτος απο τα χρωματα και τις φωτοσκιασεις, αλλα στα μαλλια δουλεψα αρκετα και στο γρασιδι.
