One of the Pokémon being cloned as an experiment for creating artificial Pokémon, this specimen exhibit dark green patches all over its body. This is actually a genetic defect, but it also helps distinguish it apart from a natural born specimen.

Minor sprite alteration based on the Bulbasaur clone/Bulbasaurtwo that appeared in "The Uncut Story of Mewtwo's Origin".
