Editor's Note
I actually made a recoloured Charmeleon first in January 2013, before adding a Charmander and this as a filler a year later, in January 2014. The base sprite and the colour scheme was a choice by my girlfriend, as a basic challenge for myself as a recolour practice. I imagine this as a protector of a forest, somehow.
