Very nicely done. He looks very menicing but also cunning. It's certainly fitting of the name Discord, as he looks like a mishapen chaotic mixmatch of various things. He also reminds me of the Jersey Devil's description.

I really like the face, as it's very cunning and manipulative, which is exactly what I think he'll be like, considering what has been revealed of him so far. I personally think this'll be his "true form" and he'll be a shapeshifter, but that's my opinion.

Much better sense of scale now that he's standing and the lining isn't as thick, which also helps greatly. The bags under his eyes, now seemingly black and not just a darker shade of brown, also help greatly and makes his appearance have an appropriate amount of intimidation to it.

The other guy who vectorized the other sketch should probably have made the bags under his eyes purple, maybe even gray to make them more apparent. I also like how in this sketch, his neck seems to be much longer, which I liked and adds to being a manipulative character.

That and I just like villains with a sneaky and manipulative demeanor.

I also think the other guy choose a poor color palette for him, the colors were much to soft and warm, darker shades of color could have helped with his level of intimidation.

In short, he looks threatening at the moment and I wouldn't be surprised if this resembled what was the design for the show, good job.

P.S

The face is still a bit debatable, but the teeth still look a bit too silly for my tastes, still, nice job.
