I never use Paint, but since there's no blur tool(atleast not in the version I have) I suppose the same applies, but without the blur tool :/

The only thing I have is the default Paint program. But I guess that's a way to look at my art differently...

there is a water color tool that works KINDA like a blur tool, but oversized

yeah... once you get used to Paint, it can be 'fun' to draw on it sometimes.

me too except i downloaded gimp 2.6 (its free) and after im done drawing the picture i copy and paste it into gimp (color it first or color it in gimp it doesn't matter) and then i use the blur tool and other tools to add finishing touches :3
