Description
This is my very first venture into the world of figure customization. Obviously, my painting skills are not that good, but I make up for it with 3D skills that allow me to make parts on Shapeways.

Chromedome is made from

1x Generations Red Alert
2x Chromehead guns from my Shapeways Shop
1x Chromehead from my Shapeways Shop
1x Tech Spec reader from, you guessed it, my Shapeways Shop.

I'll be touching up the paint some and will also make a set of decals to add detailing to the figure.

Yes, he still transforms. Yes the head transforms. The head can also hold the guns thanks to 3mm pegs on it's sides. In car mode, the Tech Spec meter fits on top of the car and can either peg the guns to itself or unfold into a seat that the transformed head can sit in, holding the guns.

If anyone wants to attempt this custom, I still maintain it would look better dyed. Unfortunately, it's easier to start from a Universe Sideswipe, which means it's a heck of an investment.
