download a Star Trek 3D model for some nice panel-style images grab a good one and it should have the displacement and specular maps too

I even used a Borg Sphere to fake a Cybertron in this trailer:

Megatron was Brad Venable in the first, and Joe Velasquez in the second one. I'm not very familiar with DBZ (I only watched the original Dragonball series when it was first dubbed and never got into it)

it was Brad then . i totally love DB/Z/GT . really big fan ! BD is definitely for young children . Z upped it quite a bit but you would want to skip the first few seasons if you're wanting a lot of action . each season is called a Saga and deals with one major bad guy . the last three seasons of Z (Majin Buu Saga , Fusion Saga , and Kid Buu Saga) are definitely worth watching . if you're not really interested in Dragon Ball but want to see the best of the battles just for the graphics then you need to watch the last season of GT . it's called the Shadow Dragon Saga . it's the final culmination of every thing that has happened since the beginning . the battles are the best

I have a lot of trouble with Anime. I like the more serious, non-stylized stuff a lot more (Witch Hunter Robin, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Gundam Seed, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Vampire Hunter D...)

Dragonball, to me, falls in the "half the episode is battles that stretch on forever with people talking against speeding backgrounds and yelling insults at each other while charging stupidly devastating chi attacks, the other half alternates between plot one episode, character development the next and potty humour for the rest". Sorry, it'll take a LOT to change my opinion of the show.

Any Anime that ends up so popular that a litteral cult emmerges from it (DBZ, Inu Yasha, Pokémon, Bakugan, Beyblade, Digimon, Yu-gi-oh, Naruto, etc) is something I steer away from. The reason is simple: they are vehicules for derived product (toys, videogames, novels, etc).

I have my american cults (Transformers, Star Wars, Disney), I don't want to get into japanese ones
