Weeeh, a fanart from a fanfiction !! From one of the best fanfic I ever read, "The Common Thread" , by L.A Solvang. (go read there => [link] )This is a scene from the 4th chapter which really touched me, the relationship between the characters are so... incredible. Lot of melancholy. Plus, I was in mood for brotherly stuff...
I'm always searching a way to color properly... Ah, whell, I can't stick to a simple thing >.<

That is really just too sweet! I have a friend who had three boys only a year apart. When they were little, they would always fall asleep in a heap, like a litter of puppies! Brotherly love!

Another beautiful and heart felt piece. I like how you used the birds eye view to catch both Donnie and Mikey. The night light makes me smile. That Mikey, even though he is a ninja and highly skilled and a joker, he's still very much the little brother of the group and he still needs a night light. And the fact that something is troubling him makes him seem to be more vulernable then usual. Donnie being there to comfort him is also a nice touch and adds that brotherly bond that they both share. Donnie wanting to let Mikey know that whatever he's going through, he'll be there for him. A nice little bit of TMNT brotherly bonding. A fave here.

For the turtles, family is all they got. And theres is more fragile then usual. But your right. All it needs is one little upset and the family could be destroyed forever, but there is always that one person or thing that can make things better again. Case in point is SAINW. Still, the four brothers have there own bastions of protection that they go to. For Leo it's Don, for Raph it's Leo, for Mikey I think it's Leo and for Donnie it's Raph. Correct me if I'm wrong but at any rate this pic really does show Mikey as the kid bro. The one they ALL care for.

wowowo, i stop you right now, sweetheart: first, i'm a girl and i'm not gay. Second, if you knew me, you should know that i'm not for Turtle-cest at all. Because they are brothers to me and will always be. It's just a fluffy brotherly moment I drew, and it was just a fluffy brotherly moment in the fic I read, nothing more.
So, you can say it's girly, candy-colored or i don't know the hell was, sure Laird and Eastman never drew a thing, but gay Turtles? Not on my gallery, sorry.
