^she is truly inspiring, her art is beautiful. im a big fan, so i did this.

Leanne (Lian)
15, 160 cm
a.k.a xiao lianr
her mom died in childbirth- as she died, she named her child. "what a pity..."
lian (莲) represents the lotus flower, but it is also a homonym of the character pity (怜).
her father is a fairly important figure in china. thanks to her father, lian has independence and influence. despite her background, she did not have the talent or determination to succeed in China's highly competitive community.
lian came to believe her father's work and love was wasted on her. she joins the knites to be appreciated, recognized, and loved.
her kite is a tortoise because they are slow and pathetic. like the tortoise, lian is waiting for a chance to overcome the hare.
