my sobble evolution line speculation is almost the same as yours but mine is based on a basilisk lizard for second evolution and godzilla for the final evolution right here what do you think?

Definitely the best hypothetical evolution line I've seen on this guy, excellent work! The last evolution reminds me of a lot of Swampert, so that could be a reason for why I like it so much.

I did some research and I found out that Sobble is based on common ancestor to Chameleons, Basilisk, and Iguanas, in a recent discovery, the scientist still don't know how it looks, but they said it resembled a Basilisk, and I think that designers for the new games did the same research and because of that they might included all the traits from those species of lizards in Sobble apparence, making him the ancestor for the final evolution. Knowing all that I still think they will not choose the Basilisk apparence for final design, but instead choose a Iguana apparence for the final design.
