I really loves the color blend, the pose is already fit and the models looks good enough. But To be Honest, the light is not right...^^'
The model got white light and the background's light is bright green to yellow...maybe a little change can make it better. I love the clothing looks, the eyes are great, the body is great, but the blood looks like a melted red candle. maybe you can learn how to make realistic blood from any artist or trying to look at butcher's house, take a pic and look at it carefully.(Don't think to hurt yourself or someone for it....)
Then, out there, there is a sunlight and I was thinking, she is a vampire or a gothic? A vampire can burned at day...and there is no way of her to pose like that in the daylight.
She need more shadow at her skirt, so add some more at her right skirt. Having Marie and little Jesus as the background make her looks like a gothic, not vampire. maybe you can change the background with something like... an unknown saint, gargoyles, a woman, a knight, Vlad Dracula's statue, or whatsoever. Just make it looks more mystic~

I really like the final result. Seeing the stock photos that used to blend this image, is obvious you put great effort on it. And you manage to produce a unique and intriguing scene.
The colors are very appropriately picked to darken the mood and the atmosphere and the addition of the statue gives the overall setup a gothic and terrifying atmosphere.
The models skin and color choices are very fitting to the mood though the blood drip in models mouth could be better. Its a bit of a flaw in an almost flawless work.
The second thing that doesn't fit into place is the light in the right corner arch. It seem more like daylight than a torch light which would be more fitting to a vampires' lair. After all vampires aren't awake at daylight. Are they? e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
