Edit: They will not cost 200 points anymore when I open commissions again. They will probably be 500 points now.
For 200 points I will do a Headshot ref picture of your Wings of Fire OCs like these......

Perhaps a little more IceWing, he has black scleras, as well as more horns (just like IceWings) but I like keeping a little SeaWing in there (such as gills, fins, and Aquatic stripes)
I'm confident you'll get colors just fine, so I won't say anything else about that
