D'aww this is so adorable.
Fluttershy is probably my most favorite of all the ponies - probably because she's more like me, I guess XD
The picture really captures her excitement. ^^
If you don't mind, I'm going to critique a little bit. Her outline is a grey color; you could probably make it a bluer grey; to match the clouds around her. I know that's what you were doing, but adding that grey kind of takes away some of her bright yellow/pink color.
