Mei's first stay in the States was somewhat underwhelming. She had excelled in college with a breeze, even being at the top of her class in English & Language Arts, despite being the only foreign student there. She giggled as she remembered the short, blonde Californian girl storming out of the room upon finding out she had failed while "exchange-student" Mei had scored yet another A+. Also, she had expected Americans to be much more physically impressive. However, considering she already believed herself to be their superior regarding intellect, she found it quite appropriate that she was at least a head taller and stronger than the vast majority of their population despite her hardly ever dedicating time to exercise. Plus, though the boys were small and weak, she thought they were quite adorable with their dumb upward stares and nervous tendencies when around her, so she would humor them every once in a while with attention. She enjoyed herself with thoughts of all the times she'd stolen a local boy away from his girlfriend, only to lose interest within a few weeks and move on. Maybe one day she would feel some sort of ramification, or even remorse, for the way she treated them, but today is not that day. Today, a cute little 5'11" college first baseman is treating her to a fancy dinner and a night out. He will not likely see a return on his investment.
