I got a lot of positive feedback from my previous deviations with her.And I enjoy doing memes.
So I put her IN a meme.

1. Get used to her face.
2. I never really recall my thought process for naming characters. I find a surname that fits in with their nationality, usually on Google and then I go looking for a christian name to suit it. =T

6. In Milla's defense, she doesn't knit things FOR people. She knits them for shits and giggles, then gives them to whomever's closest at the time. But secretly she does knit things for Tintin. IDK why. >=T

also that meme rocked, I just love the way you draw your Tintin stuff...keep it up like this! <3
But I think sometimes when you try to let her speak in german, it sounds pretty wrong and unnatural xDD
It's not that bad and I really admire that you're actually able to express yourself in german, but yes, sometimes it sounds a little odd.
I really don't wanna be a wise ass and stuff, but if you need help with german I could help you :3 Maybe with slang or other things.

I've actually been really curious about your character, Videl. I like the idea of a female villain in the stories. More females in general would have been good, overall. :>

Really? Oh well, Videl is one of my oldest characters xD I first created her when I was like 12 omg.
She was so much of a sue it hurts lol. But when my tintin obsession returned many years later, I totally reworked her and gave her a believable story and character...yeah xD And yes, I really like Rasta, he's like my fav tintin character, so I like the thought of him and Videl kinda ending up with eachother.
I guess nobody had such an idea before lol XD
But yeah I agree...Herge should have included more females into the tintin universe xDD

Well, that's how I come up with my OCs. I pick presonality traits that are commone in people, but rare in fictional characters. Then I go about making a background for them to explain how they came to have those traits.
Milla was actually born in Austria, but raised in Germany. But I chose Germany because my family is half German (my father was born in Pforzheim). And I like to give my OCs a heritage that I'm familiar with because it gives it that little bit of truth (and saves me from having to research extensively haha).
German was easy to learn to begin with, but as soon as we started learning the dative and genetive cases... Well, it all went downhill from there. XD
I know a lot of basic grammar and rules, it's just the words I'm unfamiliar with.
I've always thought that Rasta needed a woman! I'm glad he has one now! XD
What's her story? I'm curious to know!

And you're right, it's hard to research other cultures you don't realy have a clue about x__X ...
I once had that with Mexico and I failed hard because I had no clue about their traditions and stuff argh xD
I think the grammar is the hardest, so it's great that you know it! Most germans don't know it theirselves lol ....it's embarassing.

Ohh it's too long to write it here, maybe I can post my story within the next time :3
In short, Videl is a young greek woman Tintin meets on a mission where him and his friends travel there in case of a missing jewel, called the teardrop of aegis.
There he meets Videl, and the two start liking eachother and developing feeling (blablaba god that STILL sounds kinda sueish.)
Rasta is the one being responsible for the theft of that jewel and Videl and Rasta also meet in this time, since she's kidnapped to blackmail her father. (blablabla and so on)
In the end Videl also fell in love with Rasta against all odds during the time she was kidnapped, but when Tintin comes to save her, he's said to be killed.
A few years later Tintin and Videl are enganged, but when Videl meets Rasta by coinscidence again, she can't help knowing that it's him she always loved (sounds so cheesy 
And there are so many things happening, I just can't write this here xDDD

Personally I feel it's the flaws that make the OC. In reality, people are quirky and imperfect, and I think Herge himself really focussed on that in his books (with the exception of Tintin; he's such a stereotypically goodie-two-shoes hero. XD)
