Well... I read the most recent chappie of Black_Oracle's latest story... and it mentioned Tech wearing a had and a jacket... so whilst waiting for the computer this arvo, I sketched it... this is what I think it looked like... because I ADORE thos sorts of hats!
It's prolly not what B_O meant... but oh well 
That's a syringe in his hand... He was getting some goop off the floor... >.<
