Um... because I was bored... and I wanted to draw Tech showing off a gun... but then I added my own spin to his design... and then I got a bit carried away...
I sure had fun tho! Especially with the twitch one! ^__^

His current look is kinda..odd. I mean, it's obvious he's a canine, but from the lower view, his muzzle looks like an enlongated nose o-O;;
