The guy on the right's name is Terra. He is a skilled key blade wielder who's both best friends with Ventus and Aqua (the 2 other characters in this image).

Square Enix did make a poster of this 'cause my friend has one. I asked her where she got it and she said an anime expo she went to in Japan back in January. But yea, I wish Square would make a poster of this for other countries outside of Japan 'cause I really want it too.
