Wallpaper devoted to my favorite video game. Ever. Pokemon. Hell yes. It's an obsession of mine.Anyway, this is more bubble work from the tutorial by Apofiss. <3 I made this a while back but never had the guts to upload it because I wasn't as satisfied with it as I thought I'd be. I just don't think it captures Surfing Pikachu enough.
Nevertheless, maybe someone will like it and keep it as a wallpaper or soemthing.

I think a fuzzy pikachu is a happy pikachu.
I imagine, since it's an electric type, it would have frizzy, fluffy fur to help hold static.
