Ok now I haven't animated in 2 months and 16 days cause I was busy with life. But I manage to create this animation in 3 days lol. As you can see that I also have a new character named Katelyn and there's my new and improved look for me. From what I see out of this animation is that I'm on my road to improvement.

Not bad, but take advantage of using skewing and sliding, it should get rid of the stiffness
