Description
This is my new Facebook Notification Feed!UPDATE: VERSION 2.0
-Fixed the "No visible text" problem
-Added "Facebook" Icon (click and hold to drag, double click to go to facebook.com)
It has 3 Configs, one with 3 Notifications, one with 5 Notifications, and one with 7 Notifications.

Hi - I know this post is from 4 years ago but I downloaded your skin and really like it. The "no-icon" bug still exists, however. for 3 notifications there is an icon but no notifications and then for 5 or 7 notifications, I can see the notifications but not the icon.

In order to change the font size, one must also change the line height. It's very annoying since they aren't related using a formula so you can change them together. You also have to consider how long the line must be for that font size, and moving the news down from the title is probably a good idea, but for some reason 10r+10 didn't seem to work for y position. (10r being y pos= 10 times the news feed element #)
An option to stop word wrap and use (...) would be nice as well. Adjusting font and position might also mess up links, however, this is the only FB rainmeter skin I have seen that is pure text.

You have to right click and press edit and find your notification rss then paste it in the variable. This doesn't have a settings page so you have to do it manually like this.

only first 3 links are working... but rest 4 are not working... i mean is when i click on first 3 link... it directly opens the FB page but if i click on link 4 to 7 nothing happens

5notifications, 7notifications are still "no-icon" bug. But we only delete "Mark "III (Released)\" fromf *.ini

Must i be logged in to my Facebook account for the RSS to work and update? I cant find the time interval for the RSS update?

No, you do not need to be logged in for this to work, thats actually the point, you can see if you got notifications WITHOUT logging in.
The time interval is at the top of the config page,
Update=xxxx
It is in milliseconds, so set accordingly.

i confused about changing the font size. When i change it, the words are all choppy and unreadable what am i doing wrong?

I rewrote some of it too, used swansea bold for the font instead and changed the colors to black (i have a blue/green desk right now that alternates with a white one)

Cool. When I wrote this skin I had the idea of people customizing it, thats why instead of color variables I just left them all in place, so people could freely edit them as the like, without getting confused.

Hey, I'm a little new to this and I cant get this to work.
The Icon and "Facebook" are on the desktop and everything and I know how to get the RSS link.

No, there should be no ? mark, but it should say
Url=#URLHERE#
Then up top in the [Variables] Section where it says "URLHERE=" put the URL.

[link] - This is the RSS feed, the problem is they have the time it happened as the title and then the more detailed info underneath.
[link] - This is my desktop with your feed inside the red square which is my problem, all I can see are the times.
So what I'm asking is, can it be changed so that your skin will display the info underneath the title?
