If your looking for not too high a price, your base price should be 40pts or 50pts and increase from there. For pagedolls a starting price ranging from 80-100pts and increasing from there. That is still considered cheap and affordable and even now you are still undercharging but not as severly as before! If you are looking for the actual value of your work, the icon you gave me would probably be worth 150pts-200pts, but as you want to undercharge I recommend going down 50pts-100pts from what it is really worth.
