Well, I have a theory on that...Nintendo planned for that to happen in order to generate hype. Take a look at the trailer again. When you get the the part that introduces the starts...what is the VERY first thing you see, zoomed right up in on in glorious detail, hanging on that shot for a few seconds before panning up to reveal the whole Pokémon? Seems a little too on-the-point, doesn't it?
