This is fantastic--I actually thought it was Kel in all three panels the first time I looked at this piece, just because I imagine Kel with that hair, and no one else.

It's very lovely.
Now, if you don't mind the critique, at a first glance I thought it was Kel because in the second panel Alanna looks slightly bigger when she's kind of desbribed as being short. However, that passed quickly after I got a better look.
Othee than that though it's very good and I like it a lot
