I'm pretty sure they're trying to lasso her...which is why there's the other guy who looks like he's about to throw his rope too. It looks like the one guy just managed to catch her

Thanks for your reply, it does look like they are trying to lasso her. I meant "why" as in why the person who conducted this photo chose to portray a woman being roped in by two men.
