I am very happy with Manga Studio. This character, Ash, was really wanting to be drawn. I like it when characters are insistent about getting their portraits made.

Ash is an ancient lich from a northern sub-arctic region. She likes to collect coins to donate to souls who were not given any when they approached Charon's boat to cross over to the other side. This is a particularly kind gesture for a lich to do, and at one point in Ash's story as a lich, she did many atrocious deeds that she no longer has any interest in performing. It's hard to summarize her story into just one paragraph. She views existence as a series of movements, and she can either choose to act, or choose not to, and there isn't much attachment to many of her decisions anymore. To put shortly, she doesn't do many evil things anymore because she is bored with them. To the dead, all things are transient and she, like many other immortals, has nothing but time on her hands. A time might come when she chooses not to donate coins to souls anymore, and then she may start it up again. There is a large emphasis on slightly grim detachment with Ash.
