I used Adobe Photoshop CS2 along with a Wacom Bamboo Tablet. [link] Here is a walkthrough I did for this drawing.

no...idiots keep stopping me.
though, at dag, I've broken 4 swords, not including my two. and had two swords broken on me. And, I'm now banned from using certain types of weapons due to my swinging style tends to break them...
oh, and now the Frats are joining Dag.
