Description
This is a strip from the Random Madness series that I am working on. The concept behind this strip is a game that many of us should be familiar with.I inked it first before I scanned into photoshop and flatted.

The splash text needs some work. I'd lose the black to white gradient in favor of a strong drop shadow with little to no feather. Otherwise I think it is very good.

Yeah, I'll lighten the battleship and then make the splash text straight black. Since the ship was originally dark, if I left the text black, some parts of the word blends into the image. I'm going to keep the first text with the effects, but I'll try your advice for the Splash text and use a more simplistic one.
