His name is Bluemoon, but he also has a Super-hero like Persona at Night called "Lunachu." I was Inspired by Sailor Moon when making this Design, so that's why he looks so Trippy and Weird to you. Anyway, Let me know what you think of him. :3

Blockeon's WishlistHey guys. Since Everyone is doing this Sort of thing, AND It's Technically Winter now because It was snowing Yesterday, I figured now would be the Perfect Time to have a Wishlist of Sorts.
What will you draw for me? Simple! Draw Any of my OC's that you like the Best. I don't have any Rules Except for one. Some Characters like Blockeon or Usagate MUST Remain on the Cute Side. Straying too Far and going into Disturbing Territory will NOT Work out for these Characters. But, Other than that, That's all the Rules I have for this.
