The first meeting from Hanji zoe and Levi.
You don´t even know how much I love the artist in the spin off manga ver for showing us Hanji already in the introducing ceremony from Levi and his two friends. The way she looks at him...so different as all the others. No hate, no disliking only surprised? Over the lack of his words, him having no second name. Simply surprised and probably starting to wonder about him. I bet already at this point she already got some small interest in him because of her curiousity, which only grew stronger as she saw him fighting and killing his first titan.

It's not Petra. It's a random soldier who looks simply a lot like her.
Petra was not in the military until few years later this is 100% confirmed.
Petra was around most likely 2years in the survey coprs until she died while Levi and Hanji are already since over 5years- around 6years now soldiers. In fact Hanji could be even longer in the military since she was a survey corps member before Levi.

Tumblr has a lot translated or other sites. In short you must search a lot. The smartpass stories and interviews are very hard to find. In japan you must register yourself on a site and buy a membership. Since this isn't for free we only have a few stories leaked and not all are translated.

Thank you! And indeed it was a pretty gift. There are a lot of Erwin/Levi scenes obviously since those two are the main characters in this spin off but I feel like there´s a difference between those scenes and the levihan scenes.

I repeat again like in the comments bellow. THIS IS NOT PETRA! Sorry but this is over 5 years ago. So BEFORE wall Maria fell because of the collosal titan. Petra was not a soldier to this point of time. She joined the survey corps much much later. So this CANNOT be Ptra Ral. Even if this random character indeed looks a lot like her.

There is no Mike at least not confirmed. 99% of the soldiers are just random choosen to fill the page. Only Erwin and Hanji are confirmed to be there for certain. So it could be Mike or it could be not ^^.
There´s a chara in the far back who looks like Petra too, but it isn´t her either since she isn´t a soldier yet. So ^^

I read the Novel or better to say how far we have translations from it. I don´t count it yet as feelings but Hanji being Hanji knows no private space and pushes herself into his heart literally, seeing him from the first second as a friend, being impressed over his skills, wanting him to teach her some tricks. Hanji was the reason you could say people started to accept him and not see him as the ex criminal who you should avoid and keep your distance from. Because Hanji saw him as equal and as a friend others started to see him as a comrade too.
Hanji gave him so much attention + than because of her ruckus others started to look at him too that he got embarrassed. YES OUR HEICHOU GOT EMBARRASSED BECAUSE OF TOO MUCH PRAISING AND ATTENTION!!

I like to think that Hanji was a huge pillar for him after Farlan and Isabell died. Since she was the one who was left being the closest to him he would seek confort in her and she would stay with him, keeping him company, conforting him. Besides in my eyes Levi is a male tsundere. xD
