Stupid AU I came up with.Douma is one of the 3 Tallest in this AU (the other 2 being Muzan and Kokushibou). He is calm and collected on the outside but he does have flaws in his PAK, resulting in him having some rather disturbing habits (Harvesting organs mainly). Kokushibou and Muzan, along with their followers find him annoying and creepy, so he really doesn't have that much followers.
Shino (Shinobu in this AU) is a Irken Invader that has conquered a Insect planet. Having taken a liking to the style of clothes from there, she styled her clothing to resemble their style. She serves under Tallest Douma alongside Invader Kanae, Invader Ino, and Invader Kanao. Being one of his only followers and his favorite, Douma has a crush on Shino because she's been loyal to him.

I remember this show. Watched the Netflix special last year. Never been that much of a friend. Akaza doesn’t seem like a tallest to me. Cuz he’s so short. Exactly what disturbing habits does he have

I was thinking of cannibalism or harvesting organs, but that might be a little too far. Although there was one episode where Zim harvested people's organs.
