Info - Its not Ultiamte Form, Having insect DNA he goes through a metamorphoses like how a caterpillar goes into a cocoon to become a butterfly. So its more of a natural evolution rather than an extreme evolution (ultimate transformation).

Notes -

I only designed it based on his details there might be few little alterations due to my lack of drawing skills.
