↳ an overall bad-mannered pokemon, zoey is harsh and somewhat hateful of a lot of different things, for no apparent reason. she has a tendency to shoot first ask questions later, and thus is pretty pessimistic about things. that being said, if you get to know her, she can be reluctantly warm, but... good luck getting there. she rarely shows affection, reserved in that regard, and can be some what sassy, which can be pretty amusing! still, she's clever and good at comebacks, but isn't the best pokemon to be around.

↳ Doyle and Zoey were once just an ordinary set of Plusle and Minun twins. It was common for Plusle and Minun to be born together, piquing the interest of Team Rocket scientists who wondered if their genetics would accept fusion splicing differently. Many sets of twins in the area were captured and brought back to the Hideout for testing, including Doyle and his sister. They were both fused with bits of eevee DNA, surprising the scientists when their appearances changed in very similar ways. They were pushed into training to see if they would both evolve into the same eeveelution, but both twins resolutely refused to evolve. If their appearances were going to change again they wanted it to be on their own terms, not on the scientists. Disappointed with their failure, the scientists enrolled Doyle and Zoey as normal recruits in Rocket Hideout, hoping to see them evolve naturally some day. Upset with their treatment but unable to leave, the twins stayed with the Hideout. They've become quite close with one another, feeling as if there's not many pokemon they can trust other than each other. They plan on eventually moving up the ranks and gaining enough power to get revenge on the scientists who hurt them in the first place.
